      I had service with AGILE CRM last year, I switched my service from yearly to monthly since I was going to switch providers. They double charged me, they charged me the monthly amount of $44.97 and a yearly amount of $599.40. I reached out to them and they said they would refund the $599.40 in 72 hours. That was on January 10th 2023, to this day they have not refunded my money. They also deleted my database in retaliation to all the complaints I was putting in.

      This is in regard to Agile CRM customer ***************************** with account name: ******

      We have always answered the customer calls and emails. Attached is the communication PDF for your reference.Since the payment was disputed before we could refund, we were unable to make the changes. Customer has declined all our requests and is trying implicate these charges unnecessarily.

      We found that a Dispute was raised for the $599.40. Due to this, we could not issue a Refund. We have also refunded another amount of $44.97 successfully.

      The bank has blocked the amount of $599.40 and requested to wait for the bank to release the *** for ** to refund the amount promised.

      Meanwhile, the customer refused and responded "you are out of time".

      Once again, we can certainly issue a refund of the above-said amount, once the dispute request is canceled. Since the amount is blocked by the bank when a dispute is raised.

      They did not refund my money in 72 hours as they promised, it took me doing a dispute with my bank after 10 business days. I removed the dispute and my bank said the funds where available and they still did not refund my money for an additional 15 days. They are lieing there are more people posting reviews that they are not getting refunds from this company.

      I requested cancellation of my Agile CRM account last year via a chat bot in my Agile account. I was told that I needed to download my data and they would cancel the account. I was again charged $119.88 this year with no warning. When I contacted them they claim they have no record of my request from last year and they do not offer refunds even though there has been no activity in my account in the year since I first requested the termination. I don't think I had even used it the previous year. They gave me instructions to download my data again- I don't need to because I already did that the first time I canceled. They refuse any refunds and I am not confident they are actually going to cancel the account now. I would like the $119.88 they just charged to me returned, and if it's possible, they should have to refund the $119.88 from last year for not doing what was asked the first time. Pretty terrible customer service from a "customer relationship management" software company.
