              Very poor service and poor customer relations from the Beltman group in Irving, Texas. After trying to get information for days with no results, they notified us that the delivery of our furniture will be 28 days after they picked it up and 2 weeks later than the end of the 10 day window within which it was supposed to be delivered. They lied to us by telling us a story that they had planned to ship our belongings with another load and ran out of room. That could not be true, because our belongings completely filled the moving van. When I asked to talk to a manager, they lied again, saying there was no manager. The cost to us of paying for almost a month of hotels and meals, as well as paying a month's rent on a house we couldn't move into, is exorbitant. They seldom returned phone calls and brushed off our concerns when we did talk to them. I would not use this company again.
