Deciding to switch to solar power was a significant decision for me, one that I didn't take lightly. I researched numerous solar solutions, looked over contracts, and educated myself on the ins and outs of solar power. After careful consideration, I ultimately chose Solarize and their Enphase solution, and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.One of the standout aspects of my experience was the exceptional customer service that I received from ***, my sales representative. Throughout the entire process, *** was incredibly patient and understanding. He never once pressured me to make a decision, but instead, he took the time to educate me about their solutions and let me make an informed choice.Even after I had signed the contract, *** continued to go above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns that I had. Whether it was a call late at night or a text on the weekend, *** was always available and ready to assist me.When the installation crew arrived at my home, I was impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my system up and running, and before I knew it, I was generating my own electricity.Since the installation, my solar system has been running perfectly, and I've enjoyed seeing the savings on my energy bill. I can honestly say that my experience with Solarize and *** has been exceptional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make the switch to solar power.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Solarize and would not recommend them to anyone. Solarize damaged my roof during installation, loosening shingles with the ladders used to gain access to the roof. Causing a domino effect. Solarize denied responsibility blaming the wind, when I showed photos they responded with an aerial photo as if that disproved my claim. Solarize will leave you high and dry once they have you under contract. Avoid at all costs!

I received a call from ****** ***** who threatened to no longer service my system due to my review. Also advised that my review will be removed. ****** was rude, lacked tact, and was beyond unprofessional. ****** didn't know my date of install, indicating that you're just a number to Solarize. As stated before, Solarize will treat you kindly until they have your business. Then it turns ugly once you require assistance.

Below are a few items we believe may help the situation.

Uploaded is the Permission to operate form with the install date over a year ago (03/31/2021). We also have our company photograph of your roof plane after install uploaded.

StormIntel Verify has confirmed that on 04/06/22 and 04/07/22, there were high winds exceeding 45 mph at your address in Crowley, TX.

These damages you have posted have been confirmed to be wind damage due to your roof not having Starter Strip installed. Starter Strip keeps your bottom shingles from being blown back by winds up to 115 mph. We recommend GAF or Owen's Corning brand.

Regardless we would like to help find a resolution and recommend that you reach out to your roofs installer and home owners insurance to start the process to resolve the situation. If you need help with filing a claim with your home insurance we will make ourselves available to help you with this process as well.

First, I want to clarify that I've received nothing of value for this review. The system is fully paid for, tested and producing at above-optimum levels. I've been interviewing solar companies and studying solar technology since 2015. I waited until summer 2021 to pull the trigger. I would have waited even longer if I'd not met Dan *****, President of Solarize, in August. Dan is was an educator. He immediately understood my goal to produce enough to cover 100% of energy use, created a plan for highest production from the most efficient panels and inverters now available, all priced far (very far) under his competition. His electrical staff brought my 70s era panels up to code with new boxes and breakers, added surge protectors and monitors to help me follow use versus production and got green tags without a technical hitch. Working with Dan and Solarize has been one of the best decisions I've made in the last decade for upgrade and if Solarize were a listed company, I'd invest in it.
