On March 22, 2024 I purchased a vehicle and NTX charged my Discover card $3,800 for the down payment, but the paperwork for the loan showed the down payment amount was $3,237.70. ***, the manager immediately said he made a mistake and would mail me a check for the amount they overcharged equaling $563.30. I asked *** about the check for a couple of weeks after that and he kept saying he forgot to mail it, but he would take care of it.

I purchased a vehicle from NTX Auto Group, I put a $12,000 downpayment on the vehicle. The company financing the car kept wanting one document after another, ***********************, contacted me at work daily in efforts to get a phone bill in my name. They claimed my prepaid phone account was keeping the financing from being approved. The company suggested that they would buy me a phone and told me to cancel the account once approved. They suggested I change my service, which I refused. They said they were canceling the deal. I offered to bring the car back providing that they would refund my deposit. When I phoned to talk to the owner, ***** refused to connect me, he refused to give me contact information or customer support. I went back to my contract for additional information and that is when I noticed that they had changed the price of the vehicle from the agreed price and added a dealer service fee all amounting to an additional $1500. The owner called me and we agreed to meet the next day, he lied and repo'd the vehicle that night., I haven't heard from them and they owe me $12,000. NTX auto group used deceptive trade pracitices, inflates prices without disclosure, lies and offers no customer support. Furthermore their employees are unprofessional, rude, and deny customer support. They hide behind their telephone and avoid phone calls. Completely avoid this business at all cost.

On September 8th 2022 I found a 2012 Tahoe for sale with this company Went through all the paperwork they sent me pictures of it And said they would need a $1000 down to hold it until I flew up there to pick it up the next day, I was told through Moses one of their sells people That it was already to go. When I got there and looked at the truck the engine did not even look like the engine for a 2012 Tahoe, The information display showed lights on saying that airbags were not working and something was wrong with the brake system, Moses explained to me that the seats was not the original seats for that car Which none of the mechanical work on the car seats, And the plug to the airbags was not plugged in because they was not original seats Then he talked to the owner Mike and they said that they would Put new seats in have the airbag fixed and the brakes and the rims re cromed because they was pretty much destroyed and I could get the vehicle back in about 4 weeks, That same day they wanted Another $4000 down and for them to call the loan company and for me to tell them that I was in possession of the vehicle Which would have been a total of $5000 down, Which scene very sketchy to me So I told them I needed A-day to think about it and we'll talk on Saturday the next day. I called them the next day told them I did not want to do the deal and wanted my Deposit back $1000. Over the phone Moses told me they don't give deposits back I told him that was not acceptable to me, he said he needed to speak to his manager which is Mike the owner, Mike the owner told me he would Refund my $1000 which was on the 10th of September 2022 On the 20th I still never seen my money put back in my account I called Mike he said it takes up to 10 days that $1000 was gonna be put back in My account. Today's Wednesday September 28th and no money has been deposited back in my account. They will not answer my phone calls no more So they pretty much kept my $1000 and wrote me off.

I purchased a vehicle in May 2022. They had few issues to fix including a unsafe tire, door locks, leaking fluid, seatbelts, check engine light. They said they fixed them and I purchased the vehicle. Upon picking car up, the door panel was not attached properly, which they said they fixed. A week later, my daughter pulled the whole panel off shutting the door. They kept the car for a month to fix, while I paid payment and insurance. For compensation, I was given 10 certicicates for "free" oil changes that upon trying to use, were going to cost me $92. I could provide my oil and filter and the same place would change in for $20, making my total $63. Currently the car has been leaking DEF fluid from day 1, which they should have known and fixed and none of the door panels were put back together properly, making the window stuck down and completely unsafe to drive.

We purchased a car for our son from the business and there were some agreed upon repairs/detailing that was supposed to be done in a timely matter. It took them 2 weeks to complete the work and we then picked up the vehicle which had no gas in it when we got it. We had the vehicle for a day and the check engine light came on. We called and had to take it back, another 10 days and it was ready. Once again, had it a couple days and light came on again, called and they accused our son of doing something to the car and said we were on our own. We took the car to a licensed dealer and had to replace air intake and spark plugs. ($400). Not happy at all, but accepted the facts. Now we are over 30 days after buying the car and still do not have our plates and registration. I called and they said they were in and would send to us priority mail. Called again as they never showed up and were told we would be given a tracking number, still nothing.
