My mother has been a psychiatric outpatient of Nurse Practicioner *********************** at the Pandora ******************** Psychiatry for the past year. Starting in late January of 2024, *************** (or anyone from this business) has been unreachable. *************** has missed 5 scheduled telehealth appointments with my mom and does not respond to messages left with the answering service. This led to a dangerous situation in which my mothers life saving prescription ran out with no immediate way to refill it.On 2/21/24 I went in person to the business to attempt to resolve this. At 12:30pm on a Wednesday, there was an open sign posted, but the door was locked and lights were off. No one responded to my knocking. I waited an hour and no one exited or entered the business. A second patient was waiting as well. I spoke to the clerk at the store next door to inquire if the business was still open, and they informed me that several patients had come by recently to ask about the status of the business because they could not get in touch with their psychiatrist. I left a note for the doctor in the mailbox and have received no response.I myself also left several messages with an answering service for **************** that were never returned.I believe it is incredible irresponsible for a psychiatric provider to be unresponsive to their patients, or to cease providing services with no notice and with no information about how to get basic needs like prescription refills. This put my mothers health in jeopardy. From what I observed when I went to the business (as well as on a recent ****** review by someone who had the same issue with missed appointments) I believe that this is affecting many of Dr ******* patients. I would like to see this business shut down and Dr. ******* license revoked before she causes more harm to other psychiatric patients. They are a vulnerable population and deserve better care.
