I purchased 4 single doors and 1 set of double doors from Sugar Magnolia Farms, from the business owner *****. I've included all exchanges with the business. The purchases were made on Oct 26th & Oct 27th 2022 via Zelle transfer. The total amount paid was $6,023 on Oct 26th and $2385 on Oct 27th (see transfer confirmation in exchange). The business had committed to providing me (4) Single Reclaimed doors that measured 32x84x1.75" AND (1) set of double doors. These doors were to be reused in a renovation projects, and were advertised as "Vintage European Door", with no disclaimer about damage, defects and tolerance for dimensions being off. I am disputing this transaction because (1) of the single doors had a thickess that was not as advertised, making it unusable. The 3 other single doors we were able to use. ALSO we never received the pair of double doors that we paid for in full, which was a value of $2385. *****, the business owner, does not answer my calls, text, or emails and has not tried to resolve the problem. See exchanges. All shipments were handled by their driver, who was a third party deliver person. His number is ************** and he can verify that he only delivered 4 single doors on Nov 18 without the set of double doors. Refund amount requested is 100% of the transaction from 10/27 of $2385 which was paid in full via Zelle transfer on Oct 29 for the double doors that did not arrive PLUS 25% of total transaction on 10/26 for (1 of 4) single doors less shipping, which is $1,345.50. TOTAL REFUND REQUEST IS $3,730.50 Damaged door is available for pickup if they wish to have it back.Initial Complaint

We purchased a set of 2 French Doors on line, confirmed via email and text messages > Doors $3495.00 > Jam $850.00 > Trim $700:00 > Frosted glass $420.00 > > Subtotal $5,045.42 > Tax $416.25 > Total $5461.67 > We paid in full by check earlier this year. The shipment arrived this week but it was a single large door (not the 2 French Doors we ordered ) and without frosted glass. She initially responded to our inquiries by texting back the contact info for her "*********" who she claims is responsible. We do not want a door that we did not orde, we have no interest in speaking with her subcontractor, and we expecxt to be refunded in full. She has refused to answer any of our subsequent texts, emails, or phone messages.
