On September 6th 2022 I had ****** come give me a quote to clean my home after we moved out. She quoted me $425 for it and I agreed. She was suppose to clean walls, light fixtures, fans, floors, cabinets, drawers, mirrors, vents, windows, doors, baseboards, bathrooms, laundry room and hallway. 30% was to be paid upfront. That was fine. On the 7th she asked for 50% of the remaining balance then the rest be paid upon completion I asked how much was left and she stated "kitchen and master" after that stating she was having car trouble. So i sent it. She went to the house supposedly almost done. Still not done. On the 8th she was "done" but still had light fixtures that she would come back the next day with a ladder to finish. She also requested another $100 leaving a $48.25 balance. On the 9th she again stated she was "done" no pictures. On the 10th she said she was going to pick up her things and take pictures. At 3:15 I received 2 pictures. At 6:10 I said"Since it doesn't seem anymore pics are coming I will be there in the morning to see everything and pick up my key. I'll finish paying then." She needed to delete personal photos because she couldn't take anymore. However when pictures started coming you could tell they were taken at all different times. Upon me going to look st the house because I didn't trust the pictures it was not done. Baseboards half done windows were hit and miss if they were done. No walls had been cleaned. One bedroom WAS NEVER TOUCHED. The master bedroom and bathroom wasn't complete. Needless to say I want atleast a partial refund. I have told her all this and she did offer to come fix it but I already found someone else to finish the job that took her 5 days! and now she is just ignoring me about settling this matter.
