            This is the worst insurance company ever. My family and the insurance lady here in town are blow away by their methods of "fixing" a vehicle. We pay monthly for full coverage insurance so that our vehicles are fixed in case something happened that is out of our control. This company likes to think differently. I hit some trash in the road, car shakes like a milkshake, and ripped both bumpers off with a nice dent in the passenger side. Aspen thinks they can just go off a couple pictures "because it saves them money" (what the adjuster said). I cant take pics of the underneath of my car or anything. We took the vehicle to the shop and even they complained about having to deal with Aspen. They sent a quote over today which only covered about half my damages. NOTHING ABOUT TIRES!IT TOOK THEM ONE WEEK TO FINALLY ANSWER THE ***** FOR ME 7 DAYS!!!!!!!!At this point, they can pretty much keep their money and I'll drive a wrecked car and look for a lawyer. This is BEYOND ridiculous!!!!

            May 2,2024 If I could give them less than 1 star i would This is not my insurance company, I just had the ******************* of being in an accident with one of their customers. My car has been in the shop since March 19, 2024 and it is still not fixed because Aspen will not communicate with the repair shop, today I received a call from the rental car company and they stated I am on the hook for $500.00 in rental fees because Aspen has not paid their invoice and is not responding to their repeated calls, they have even asked for the issue to be escalated 5 times with no response. This has been the worse experience I have ever had trying to get my car fixed and returned. This must be really cheap insurance but please if you have this insurance check into it, you might be able to get better insurance with a different company without paying that much more. My original adjuster is no longer with the company and the adjuster that is currently assigned to my claim will not return my calls, text or e-mails.
