    I had a fire on June 16th. House is a total loss. I finally received the check from insurance company in September to send to movement mortgage. Nobody at movement mortgage loss draft department would give me the correct information on what to do with the check. 2 months dealing with them not returning phone calls or emails one customer representative told me not to sign check send it to them they would sign it and send it back to myself so I could buy the new house and dispose of the old house. So I overnighted the check cost 27 dollars. Just got word today 6 days later they are sending it back and I have to sign it and from the other representatives I've talked to is they are going to pay the mortgage off and more or less leave me with no money to dispose of old house or enough money to put a down payment on the new one I live in Northern ** it's fall snows coming anytime and myself and 17 year old daughter are living in a camper on the property. For two months I've been calling movement mortgage and their loss draft department to figure out everything. Sent them information on new house the place that owns it and information on house and have gotten no where's with them. Once it freezes here I will have no water supply to camper or use of the bathroom. They are forcing me to walk away from the property and I am still continuing to make my monthly mortgage payment on the burned out house. Supposedly none of the information on the house was submitted as per my contact with ****** from ************** department. Good work on their end. I'm ready to walk away from the property and let them take the loss on disposal of the house.. unbelievable they would do what they are doing. Only care about them selfs and not the people paying their wages. I'm so sick and tired of getting the run around from this company.
