      On 11/27/22 I purchased a Fitz and ***** Santa Claus Ceramic statue for $75.69 from dgewise.com, an online store advertising a variety of overstocked products at discounted prices. According to the shipping information, I was to receive the product within 20 days. On December 19, when I had not received the package, I emailed dgewise to question where it was. I had not been able to track the package using the tracking information the company had provided once it left *****, which by the way, I had not realized would be coming from *****. The email I received back was apologetic and explained how the package had been lost in the mail. The company asked if I would accept a second opportunity to receive the item if they were to resend it. Wanting the item as much as I did, and wanting to believe this was a legitimate company, I agreed. This time the tracking number allowed me to track the package to my town only to wait for days without delivery. I contacted ************************************** again and asked for my money back this time. This time the reply agreed to a 70% refund. We went back and forth via email with them trying to negotiate a small refund, until they asked to keep just $7. I told them I wanted a full refund. On February 2023, I received this message:"Dear customer,The order has been refunded. Please wait for the bank's notice.If you do not receive a refund within the specified time, pls contact usor contact the issuing bank, and we will solve it.Have a good time" Only problem is I'm still waiting for my money. It was never refunded. I have almost all of the email correspondences made between us. I became quite bold in calling them out as scammers and stealing my money. The negotiation of the refund made me a bit mad for I felt they were toying with me to have fun, knowing they had no intention to send any money back to me. I simply want my money refunded.

      11/21/22 I ordered a product with this company. phone # for customer service is disconnected. only way to contact is via email. They supposedly sent me the product 2x......it has never arrived. they won't respond with anything other than "here is your tracking"#. Internet has so many complaints on this business. I want a refund of $54.96, what I paid this company for a product I am obviously never going to receive.

      I ordered a shopping cart from *********** for $59.18, and I waited for over a month, hoping to receive it. I got a little toy, a microfiber keychain. This company, I have found, has multiple complaints and multiple addresses.       12/13/2022 I ordered a pneumatic hydraulic jack from *********** (not edgewise) I then realized on 12/14/2022 that they had not given me a tracking number so I called the company to realize their number was a false non working number so I emailed them and they reached out with a tracking number of ************* so I waited this whole time to receive my car jack and today in my mailbox was a small package that contained a small green piece of cloth and that's it. The company is a fraud and purposely sent me what they did. I paid over $60 for a small green piece of cloth. I want my money back and the people behind this to be prosecuted. The name and address on the package that supposedly came from China is as follows Christina O******* ************************************* Now I know that is a false name and everything but it's all I have. I have emails, pictures and receipt. If there's anything else you guys need just let me know.

      I purchased a 50 inch TV from Burndo.com on April 4th. I checked their website recently they are not selling TVs now but they are now selling clothes. I have also research reviews and people have complained this website is a scam. I bought the 50 inch TV for $50.95 charged to my credit card. I know... immediately I should have known you can't buy a 50 inch TV for $50.95. I emailed them April 8th because I hadn't received any email with an order number. By this time I should have gotten an order number or something like your order is on the way. I disputed the charge on April 21st and my credit card company refunded me the money. They sent my credit card this tracking number***************...Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 12:55 pm on April 23, 2022 in MORENO VALLEY, CA 92557. My credit card company return the $50.95 to Burndo.com. 1. A 50inch TV can't fit in my mailbox 2.My mailbox is a lock box about 10 inches long. 3.My mailbox is across and down the street on the sidewalk.. how can a large item be left there. The mailman would have delivered it to my doorstep instead. 4.I believe Burndo.com sent me a junk mail or envelope that could fit in my mailbox with that tracking number so it appears something was delivered but it wasn't a 50 inch TV. 5.I never received a 50inch TV I want Burndo.com to stop lying, stop scamming, close their website, become legitimate and honest and most importantly return my $50.95 back to my credit card.

      04/05/22. Company name burndo 321 tumbleweed trail Waxahachie Texas 75165. I ordered a car for my grandson for Easter never received it. For $55.82 . I'm a senior and can't afford to lose that money. I looked up this company online and it said they were a scam. I wrote them back the next day and told them I want a refund. They refused. I wrote them again and they said they had already sent it out so they cant refund. I went to my bank first midwest and filed a dispute.. no response yet. The company deleted all of our correspondence expect for one I saved. They changed the name of the company also to. ****** XXXXXXXXXX UT USA. I had called burndo it goes right to voicemail. 3 days ago I received a small pkg from California with 1 pair of socks in it. I sent it back.

      I ordered a Bug Bang Theory Lego set from burndo.com and once payment processed, I received. I thing from this company to confirm my order. I emailed them and tried to call but the phone number didn't appear valid. Only once I opened a PayPal dispute did they respond and gave a tracking number. I never have received a receipt or confirmation on what I ordered as I asked. I had to take screenshot to show what I ordered. I still have not received what was ordered. I look and the shipping number I was given says it was delivered. It was not!! I swear my gut feeling was right as soon as I placed the order and got lost in siberia trying to get confirmation on the lego Big Bang theory I ordered. Today the website appears as if it only sells clothes. I want a refund asap. This company is not trust worthy at all.       Consumer Response /* (2000, 16, 2022/06/08) */ BBB Complaint Case# 91653772 (Ref#XX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XX-XXX) This merchant did not refund me directly, as they said but it was refunded through a PayPal dispute. I contacted Payapl since the merchant said to allow up to 15 days for a refund and I never reviewed Ed it. So the time passed of 15 days that the merchant said for me to allow for a refund and PayPal ended up providing refund. Thank you for looking into this merchant. ***** ****** *****
