              Gave this company a 1 star review on ****** The owner since has harassed me with emails and text even called me durring work ********* he has sent on email threats forcing me to make a police report. He continues to tell me to remove the one star rating and move on with our lives which is creepy and unprofessional.

              This customer has reported to her credit card ********************** to have never done business with us to get refunded the money she spent. In order to pretend like she didnt do business with us she deleted her original ****** review of 1 star with no explanation. Once she got the transaction reversed she then reposted a 1 star review with no explanation. She was happy with our services when we left her property. When she found out her insurance company wasn't going to cover paying for the repairs she needed she called our company to let us know. We were very empathetic to her situation and explained that we are not affiliated with her insurance company so this should not reflect poorly on our company. She now has an outstanding balance that she owes. Not sure want her intentions are but she is not being honest. There will most likely be a court case as she is continuously writing untrue statements about our company.
