Contacted the Poolwerx HV company and Nick C******* about the company charging my credit card for services without my knowledge or permission. They were being sent auto payments from my bank. This resulted in overpayment (double payments) each month. When the issue was discovered I called the store and discussed it with Brian who verified that there were overpayments. He told me that when they switched to a new billing system they started charging my credit card again. I followed up with an email detailing the issue, how long it has been happening and money owed to me. Nick acknowledged the issue and overpayment and agreed to pay/refund my money that was overpaid. To date, after several attempts, Nick has not refunded my money.
