      I was offered a trial membership which also included a free gift with the trial, a $9.95 value. The free gift was a **** ****. The **** chews are a 10 pack which costs $9.95. What you actually get is one chew which is not $9.95, it's only .95 based on getting 10 at $9.95. This is the epitome of deception in advertising which is a blatant violation of *** Article 5, deception in advertising.FACT: While they advertise you will be getting a free gift valued at $9.95, this is a lie. You get 1/10th of the $9.95 value, making the free gift 95 cents, not $9.95.Furthermore, nowhere on the package of the individual chew does it have the ingredients. If you try scanning it it comes up with a 404 error which I video recorded for evidence. The trial bag also does not include the ingredients. I am requesting the company tell the truth, which is the value of the free gift is 95 cents, not $9.95 like they advertise. I will be filing a complaint with the *** making them aware of the deception in advertising and quoting section 5 of the ***; Deception in Advertising. I am upset that this company deceived me into thinking I was getting a free gift for $9.95 when they knew one chew is not $9.95. Extremely unethical. They are putting profit over pets by deceiving pet owners and I will be relentless in my pursuit to bring Justice to this highly unethical company.

      THIS PRODUCT ONLY HAS A TWO YEAR SHELF LIFE AND I ORDERED A 1 YEAR SUPPLY:I ordered THE PACK PAC on 02/21/24 a $495 Pac for a year supply,and the one they sent me:WAS MADE TWO YEARS AGO (MFG:06/2022 LOT:P22B1409) I called in and the Shipping Manager Replied through Email "freeze what you aren't using"I then Emailed back and requested a return label. The *********** Manager whom Emailed me Back and replied "I would be more than happy to exchange the product for you as we have received our new batch in if you would like please let me know at you earliest convenience"NOTE THIS: "we have received our new batch"Well I did receive the Exchange Replacement BUT the Replacement was MADE ON JAN 2023 ( MFG:01/2023 LOT:P22B1618) They sent me another Old One this time it was made in JAN 2023 ( MFG:01/2023 LOT:P22B1618) 13 MONTH'S AGO!I then Emailed the *********** Manager and REQUESTED A FULL REFUND back and was TOLD:"Thank you for contacting us regarding your order. The pack pac is non refundable and the exchange we sent out to you has a 2 year shelf life on the product and is our most recent batch. The only option I have at this time is I can offer 50% off the order"NOTE: "This our most recent batch"I WAS promised A NEWLY MADE $495 PRODUCT NOT ANOTHER OLD ONE.

      I tried a offer by rough greens to receive a free package of product not knowing that by doing so I automatically must have entered a repeat of receiving more product without my prior knowledge. I just want to cancel that offer and not do business with these crooks anymore.

      Whatever you did they have already reached out and are now trying to resolve this issue in a manner they should have done from the beginning.

      I ordered a trial size package for my Dog. My dog was unable to eat it so I canceled the subsciption but they sent it anyways. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the package that is stuck in ****** **.They wont return my money tell they get the package . I have spoke to many employees the last couple of week and they have been dishonest telling me the package is coming any day only to find out to day its been in ******, All I want is my money back and to never have to deal with this Company again.

      I did not agree to auto reship their product. I canceled my subscription after the first auto reship. I have just been notified that they will be taking more money from my bank account and I can not return the product that I DID NOT ORDER!

      This message is to respond to the complaint against Ruff Greens filed by *********************** on 8/31/2023 for product on his automatic subscription. Customer signed up for the subscription May 22, 2023, and received three orders for $130.90 with agreement to the term and conditions to our company policy which stated We only refund on the 1st 30-day supply after the trial period in which he agreed to. **************** then called Ruff Greens on July 31,2023 and spoke with an agent about cancelling the account and a return label to send the shipment back after his third renewal which was out of the policy. On September 1, 2023. I reached out to **************** to resolve the issue and honor his last shipment to be returned for a full refund, but he declined and insisted I take back all three of the orders which were out of the policy. I declined to take all three shipments back due to the product being consumable and him agreeing to the terms of the initial order. **************** advised in order for him to take the complaint down I would need to take all three shipments back in which I declined.

      This communication addresses *************************** complaint against Ruff Greens, dated 8/31/2023, concerning his automatic subscription for our product. **************** originally subscribed on May 22, 2023, and received three orders totaling $130.90 each order, as indicated in the attached image.It's crucial to emphasize that **************** knowingly accepted our terms and conditions, which are clearly outlined in our company policy. These terms specify that we will receive product within 30 days of delivery

      To maintain transparency, we prominently state the subscription nature of the purchase on three consecutive checkout pages. (Please see attached image)

      On July 31, 2023, **************** contacted Ruff Greens and spoke with one of our agents regarding the cancellation of his subscription and the return of the latest shipment.
      On September 1, 2023, we reached out to **************** in an attempt to resolve the issue and accommodate the return of his most recent shipment for a full refund, without any additional shipping or restocking fees.However, **************** declined this offer and insisted on the return of all three orders, which clearly exceeded our policy guidelines, given that our product is consumable and we do not know how **************** had stored the product.

      Regrettably, I had to respectfully decline his request to take back all three shipments. He, at that time, received a total of 4 shipments from us.  He has had 3 previous opportunities to call and cancel his subscription. **************** indicated that in order for him to withdraw his complaint, I would need to accept the return of all three shipments.

      I am rejecting this response because:   after receiving the first shipment I cancelled my subscription through their web site which resulted in me being charged for the resulting shipments. It wasn't until I called them to cancel did it get canceled. It was a failure on their part not mine. I want my money returned.

      We are still willing to go above and beyond.  We will still refund the full amount of his most recent order. We are still offering to send him a shipping label (at our cost).  We just ask that he return the product back in a sellable condition, packaged and returned properly and immediately.  This offer will be made available for 9 more days.

      Suddenly , I got a notice from my mail company that a package had arrived and that I owed **** for delivery. I have never heard of **** Green, and I KNOW that I never placed an order with them , but I paid the **** just to be responsible. WhenI looked online to see what **** Green actually is , I was totally shocked! I DO NOT EVEN HAVE A DOG. How , and why did they send this dog food to me when I never ordered anything from them , in fact, had never heard of them, Is this an attempt to gain my personal information or my bank or card numbers? I am not ever going to accept any future fake deliveries from **** Green. SCAM , And should be investigated before others are scammed , also!??

      This message is to respond to the complaint against Ruff Greens filed by ******************************* on 8/29/2023 for a fraudulent charge of $250.80 on July 7, 2023. The customer card was charged fraudulently to purchase product from our company and now has a chargeback pending. We would be more than happy to do all that we can to ensure the funds be returned due to the fraud charge. September 14,2023 will be the deciding day for the chargeback and if the bank does not side with the customer, we will issue the refund in full.
