Pegasus is a great resource for purchasing electronics and third party repair for any company to use. Jesse Simpson has provided my company and staff with great service which in turn is helping us to maintain and provide excellent service to our customers. Pegasus is a one stop shop that can get anyone what they need, and if they do not have it, they can point you in the right direction. They are great about following up on issues or complaints, and provide all necessary steps and measures to ensure customer satisfaction!Review from Randon C

We have had a working relationship with Pegasus Computing for more than 15 years. In all that time, we've found them to be technically talented, professional, disciplined, and a stellar partner. They have done most of the out of warranty repairs on our customer's RF equipment and peripherals and we have always been pleased with the quality of the work performed and the cost for those services. We have asked them many times over the years to go above and beyond what would normally be expected of a business like theirs, and they have never let us down. And they have the talent and ability to do much more than what we require of them. We expect our relationship to continue, and we'd recommend them to anyone who might be looking for one of the many services they provide.Review from Doug H.

I have used Pegasus Computer Mktg for years to program and repair Zebra/Motorola/Symbol RF barcode scanners. They created a user portal specifically for me to manage 300+ units for submitting repair requests and issuing RMA's to track each unit. Repaired units are returned promptly and issues resolved. They will contact me if a unit is damaged to discuss options. On return we can put units back into operation with out having to reload our user image. They do it for us. Best has been there help in developing minor programming modifications and loading on SD Cards to meet our specific functionality requirements. I am treated the same by all members of the staff...cheerful, good listeners and honest in what they can or can't do for me. I continue to use Pegasus and highly recommend them.Review from Jason H.

I have used Pegasus for a couple of years now and needed several Kronos clocks repaired over this period of time. They've always done an excellent job and it is way cheaper than buying a new clock. I've also ordered clock parts from them. They are easy to work with and have great customer service. They're always trying to assist me as a customer and quick to respond to any requests or questions I may have.Review from Retia M.
