Concrete Canvas Dallas came highly recommended by ********************************* to replace my pool deck. The cost to replace and remove my pool deck was $9,600. The job started on July 6, 2023, and was completed in July of 2023. A couple of months later I started to see cracks in my new deck. I called regarding my concerns, and they came back out and sawed contraction joints in the cracks. A couple of weeks later there were more cracks. I called ************************* he stated it was normal to see some cracks within the first year due to settling. He asked me not to be concerned it was normal and to give him a call back after the winter months during the spring to address the cracks after everything had settled, and he would make it right. I agreed to wait because the contract states I had a one-year workmanship warranty, and **** had been so professional and quick to respond during the whole process I had no reason to doubt his word.In April of 2024, I called to address the additional cracks in my deck, and I got no response. I left voicemails, sent text messages, WhatsApp, and even emails. I finally reached out on social media and received a call back from **** saying I was driving, and I will give call you tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. I continued to text and email weekly for over a month without any response. My deck is less than a year old and has cracks. I was willing to overlook them ripping out my gas line to my grill. I would like Concrete Canvas to honor the workmanship on my pool deck as stated in my contract and as promised. Ryanwith Concrete Canvas was professional and easy to work with during my stressful pool renovation until this complaint did not come easy, but I feel like my hands are tied. I am not sure if they're out of business or if I am just blocked.
