            I am trying to get the office to return my call regarding the dual insurance coverage that we have. I have called several times and left a message for the manager of the office her name is *******. She has not returned my call. I want to know if they have sent the information to their accounting department to see if a refund is due. I don't know why a business wouldn't return calls from their customers that just blows me away. my number is XXXXXXXXXX and I would love to receive a call back

            My daughter was supposed to have her wisdom teeth taken out on Aug14,2023 at 7am, they called the Saturday before and changed the appointment to Aug 21, at 7am. We showed up at 7am this morning and no one was there. We called and knocked on the door and no one answered, I even left a message. Then I checked a my email and noticed that I had an email that had been sent at 1:24am that morning telling me that her appointment was at 7am Aug 28th. No call, no text message or anything letting us know that the appointment had apparently changed. My daughter took off work twice for the procedure losing income and I took off the day of. I called to have them give back the deposit and the business manager basically said I was a liar that they did call me to change the appointment and they did not. I did get a text at 8:16 this morning stating the appointment change after I called them at 8am to complain about their customer service and the fact that they changed the appointment without letting us know. Now awaiting the return of our deposit and they have lost our business for our family dentist.
