I am trying to get the office to return my call regarding the dual insurance coverage that we have. I have called several times and left a message for the manager of the office her name is *******. She has not returned my call. I want to know if they have sent the information to their accounting department to see if a refund is due. I don't know why a business wouldn't return calls from their customers that just blows me away. my number is XXXXXXXXXX and I would love to receive a call backBusiness response

I previously sent in a complaint regarding the poor Invisalign care I received from Ideal Dental in Forney. Lindsey Bohrer (Regional Manager) reached out to me several months later (well after the 3 month deadline to respond) about a resolution. Per her email (attached) she informed me that I would only receive a partial refund because there was a $1200 non-refundable lab fee. I asked to see the information that shows the lab fee is non-refundable. She informed me that I signed this information upon the initial treatment. When asked to provide the document showing this, I have just received excuse after excuse on why she can't produce the document or she just doesn't respond to my emails. I am asking for the $1200 to be refunded to me as soon as possible. Please provide all communication through email to **********@gmail.com so that I can have the documentation if this needs to be taken further. ******Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/03/11) */ We initially refunded Mrs. ******* , after i informed her of the $1200 nonrefundable deposit, she wanted to see documentation that stated that. After going through her chart and documents, she never signed it. I let the office know to refund her, and send her copy since she was not aware. I had not heard anything from her and I assumed it was taken care of, I received an email a couple of weeks back saying that she was never refunded, I have since refunded her on 2/21/2022 and sent the receipt.
