Feb 15, 2024 I contacted *************************** to hire her as my realtor to help me find a home. ******* told me about her 2nd chance leasing program and advise me that she can assist me in finding a home within 45 days. Feb 15, she had me do an intake form. On February 23rd, I paid $260. My move in date is May 1. ******* said she will start looking for properties on April 1. April 11, I had to reach out to *******. She replied back April 12, saying she needed me to complete background check. April 13, she sent 5 homes that I was PRE-APPROVED for. April 14, we were suppose to go see the 1st home, ******* canceled. April 15, we finally went to go see 2 homes. The day I found out ******* was pregnant. Due date May 11th. She told me I had nothing to worry about. She would have found a home by then. April 16 we went to go see the rest of the homes. April 23rd we were set to go see more homes. ******* cancelled. April 24th we went to go see one more property. April 25th completed application for a home. April 27th Owner pulled home off the market. April 29th another application was submitted. May 2nd, I had to reach out to ******* once again regarding update on my application. She said she was pending a response. May 6th she said if no update regarding home by EOD that we would proceed with another home. May 8th I reached out to ******* asking did we need to go with another home because we still have not heard from previous home. ******* said she would apply for another home for us. May 10 I reached out to ******* and asked what was the plan since she was about to go in labor in 1 day and we still had not found a home. ******* response was "I'll deliver Tues actually. You'll have me til Monday. After ****, you'll be working with my colleague, *************************. We should be good to go by Monday.That was the last day I spoke with ******* I have been reaching out asking for my money back because it is **** and I still have no home. She has not returned any calls or text messages
