A year ago, during a series of storms that affected the ********* area, the roof of my house was damaged. My wife and I decided to hire Aerial Roofing System because of its price and because the repair was going to be quick. The service they provided was excellent and of very good quality. After a year, *******************************************, from Aerial Roofing System, contacted us to ask about the condition of the roof and remind us that the service provided (roof repair) was still guaranteed. Two weeks ago other storms hit the area again and my roof was damaged again. We contacted ******************** at Aerial Roofing System and they immediately repaired the damage, no questions asked and completely free of charge.Review from Stephen L

I had a new roof installed by Aerial Roofing Systems close to about 2 years ago. I've recently found out water leak in the attic after a heavy rain. I called ***** and he sent his guy to identify and locate the source of leaking. It was found out the A/C Pipe ***************** broke so it was sealed back up. It is still under warranty and it is free of charge. I was surprised and very happy by my roofer with a long workmanship warranty.All homeowners should do everything in their power to ensure the company hired is highly reputable and performs A+ service on their roof and excellent industry experience. Because there is no industry standard for workmanship warranties, I suggest any homeowner should go to the company they go with is the best. I am so glad to have used Aerial Roofing Systems which is the best in the industry to honor their workmanship. The owner ***** provided excellent customer service with professionalism during the process and followed up with a call after the service was completed to make sure everything was okay.

In the beginning of getting a new roof, all went well and ******************* seemed genuinely interested in helping us. As each day passed, especially towards the end of the job, ***** would tell us to expect him within a reasonable time. Most times he was hours past his promised time. And there was a time or two when he just would not show up. After I requested that he call our home phone, he continued to text my cell. I usually was not at home, thus, please call our home phone. Never happened. During November, we made several attempts to get him to come back for leaking roof issues he needed to address, nothing but continued empty promises. I received a text to my cell phone, wishing ** a Merry Christmas and that he'd be by after Christmas. We have moved on and have zero confidence in any response or help. We are doing the necessary repairs ourselves, the best we can.Aerial Roofing Systems, LLC Response

*****************,I am terribly sorry for this, At the end there, I had recieved some bad news about my sisster who was terminally ill and then passed away during that time i was trying to help you. I was trying to maintain a since of proffessionalism but it was tuff. I.d like to pay for a new skylight for you,if you will have it. I have had a great experience with Aerial Roofing. They had patience working with AllState Insurance, who has been the absolute worst to deal with. Aerial Roofing is top notch and I have already recommended them to a neighbor and family member for roofing needs. They are quick with responding and very professional, especially Chris Gallardo, he's the very best.
