Our roof was damaged by some severe hail that happened about a month ago with some tornadoes in our area. **** showed up and got right up on the roof, told me that the whole thing had terrible hail damage and that it would need to be replaced. He came down from the roof and gave me all the next steps. I called him as soon as we were ready with our insurance claim and his crew was out the next day, bright and early! They were all very sweet and got set up quickly. We were not going to be home during the morning because we had prior commitments and we knew that we were in good hands. **** texted us throughout the time his crew was there and he checked on them multiple times. When we got home, our roof was done! The crew was cleaning up and **** was on his way to check the work they had done! They did a wonderful job! Everything was cleaned up well and the roof looks wonderful! We insisted we were easy people and he could pick whatever roof he thought was good quality and would look nice, he didn't even need to tell us, we could be surprised. But he sent us pictures of the shingles he thought we would like and double checked anyway. And they look awesome! **** is professional and considerate and we will never need another roofer!
