On 2/10/24, my husband ****** and I stayed overnight at the Harvard Hotel in ***************, **. We had reserved a room with a king size bed. What we also got was a room with several issues. There was a half-eaten sandwich in the refrigerator, carpet stains in several areas of the room, and a disgusting tub/shower. The tub had terrible stains, and the faucet was constantly leaking, not just dripping. The shower walls near the faucet had hard water stains showing this was an ongoing problem. The shower head was also crusty. This disgusting shower prevented my husband and I from getting a shower while we stayed there. I sent an email on 2/16/2024 to the Harvard Hotel requesting a partial refund along with the reasons we were requesting it. After a week without a response, I called the hotel, and spoke with the manager. I told her the reasons that we requested a partial refund, and that we would not have reserved this room if we had been told it was in this condition. She would not resolve our issue after we spoke. I am including pictures of the room and the email that we sent to her. We would like the hotel to give us 25% of our total bill which was $163.85 for that night. I did speak to this lady TWO weeks after she left, she explained to me her concerns and I had asked if she let any of my employees know at the time of her stay what her concerns were and she said no, I also asked if she called our 24/7 phone to talk to someone and she also said no. After her arguing for ************************************************************************************************ any of my employees know what the problem was, unfortunately she did not, I told her I would have moved her to another room to her liking if she would of let someone know, I explained what the stains in the carpet were and explained theyve been shampooed numerous times and cleaned with proper disinfectant and carpet cleaner, the hard water stains are unfortunately there, our water in *************** is not the greatest but we strive to clean and get the hard water stains off as best as we can. Lastly Im again declining her partial refund because we could have solved this issue if she was to let us know the day she checked into her room, her complaints. Thank you.

Please tell complainer I am done with the conversation just like I told her on the phone almost 2 months ago after she would not stop arguing. Again I am NOT giving her a refund and I have explained why, Im done with this conversation, I ask I get no more replies or I will file a police report and get our lawyer involved for harassment.
