I have pain on my back in October 2021. I came get the acupuncture to relief the pain. Before I got the service. They want me to pay annual service fee for $384.00. I will get 8 service a month ( i don't remember exactly how may i will get but The fist acupuncture with Asian woman, she did very good Job. I came back the second time with different woman, I got pain on my body where ever she put the needle on my body. I request she took it off after 10 minutes. I left there since. When I signed the document. They did not tell me about monthly fee. Three months late i found out they charge on my credit card $299.00 each month. They never email me the received. I call the number ************ to complained . i left the message and they call me back explained to me that the employee worked there did not explain for the monthly charged so they will refund for me : November, December, January and February. Yes they did refund $299.00 but other 3 months they did not. The last time I call them 7 days ago they told me they will refund it but i did not receive the refund yet.Business response

Hello, My name is ***** ******. ************ had spoken to me about his contract that he apparently didn't understand was a contract even though it was explained and signed by him (Please find attached signed document). I told him I would let him out of his contract and issue a return... which goes against the contract. I issued the return but apparently the last 3 months did not got through. He called me and told me he only received the one month so I had my receptionist issue the last 3 months (See attached receipts). According to my bank records, he already received the returns before he issued the complaint....
I'm trying to add his signed contract but it's not allowing me to attach it. I'll try another email.
