They reassigned the claim after holding the claim for 2 and a half week because I posted this review. Thank you for the delay and the level of professionalism. .Dont show up after setting the appointment and no communication for so. Wont pick up phone and keeps going to voicemail when trying to inquire or set an appointment. Delayed handling if at all. Cant do appointments after 3 pm because it is not business hours for them and when took a day off for them to accomodate that, they wont show up. Height of unprofessionalism. Avoid at all cost

***********************, Every customer is a priority for us. We are sorry we are not able to accommodate your schedule. Unfortunately, during the summer, it's very hard to make last-minute changes to the schedule. During the summer, our last service call is around 7 pm.  We notified you the day before the service that severe thunderstorms were in the forecast for the next day, and it was possible that your appointment would be canceled due to the weather. We offered you another appointment for another day. You chose to take the risk and keep the original appointment. On the day of the appointment, it was raining very hard all day, and we notified you that we were not able to dispatch a technician due to the weather.  We explained that it was extremely dangerous for the techs to work on the unit while it was raining, and you kept calling the office asking when the tech would arrive and denying the offer for a new appointment.  On your final call to the office you notified us that if we didn't dispatch a tech to your house on that day, you were going to put a bad review on every single social media platform.  
We understand that dealing with a broken AC can be a major inconvenience. We are genuinely sorry that we weren't able to meet your request. However, we want to reiterate that safety is our top priority. Given the threats made during our interactions, we made a decision to release this project from our account and return it to the warranty company.  We never withheld the job in any form. When we received your project, your AC had been broken for a while, and we were the third company at your house trying to diagnose the same issue.
