If I could give no stars I would. I had ***** as my technician for my AC unit. I told him it cools off but then the unit stops and it gets hot inside to about 80 degrees. ***** had me turn it and and proceeded to walk around to see the *** temp which he stated is about 68 to 69 degrees. He then went to the carrier unit and said it was a clog drain line. I then took his word and paid him *****. He then went outside sat in his truck a few minutes to send the information to my warranty company select. I then heard a knock at the door and it was ***** stating its a bad condenser fan motor because he heard it make noise. ***** submitted that to select but select stated its from lack of maintenance from a clog drain line. I then had a fallen out with select so I had to pay a cancellation fee of 75 dollars, paid my 45 dollar monthly fee and ***** *****. I then called Grace *** and heating and they came out checked the drain line and stated it was not clogged and whoever told me that didnt know what they were doing. Grace *** and heating then went outside and replaced my condenser fan motor and my AC has been nice and cool at 70 degrees with no noise. I then called TuffPaw air and I was told they would reimburse me due to ***** giving select the incorrect diagnosis. I called back today and all I get is voice mail. I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!Business response
