              Receiving little to no support from Airthings and emailing them for over 7 weeks to help get this device to work , i asked for a refund. I sent the unit back to them with their CALL TAG and mailed through the local post office , i waited three weeks and heard nothing from them , i emailed them they said i should track the package with the tag number they supplied , i asked why they did not do this ? I went to my post office with my receipt and the person there said the package was attempted to be delivered but no one was there to receive it, so it sit at their local PO. I told Airthings via email that they need to go there or call there PO to retrieve it. I have done all i can , but with 6 emails sent alone about this subject they refused to send a reply . This was a Christmas gift to me , had i read the reviews i would not have bought anything from them -- terrible reviews about customer care. I hope you can get their attention and remedy this situation.

              There is no communication with this company they are no help whatsoever. I suggest strongly that doing business with themis at your own risk. Their rating should be F- They got 1 star only because I had to give one. I don't know what country they are from but it can't be America
