************ originally prescribed 1 box Nexgard ( ******lb) chewable pill for flea and tick. Cost is around $160 every 6 months. The staff decided to add another box (4-10lb) and additional $159.24 to my pre paid bill. The Doctor did not prescribe this additional dosage, the staff did. I prepaid $436.20 BEFORE my dog saw ***********. In addition, *********** called me & said my dog Raider (German shepherd) had lost 5 lbs and hes sussessful on his new diet. The staff refused to take back unprescribed Nexgard that would overdose my dogthey refused to refund my money they unethically charged from me. The staff refused to talk in person to me, and on phone. I requested 5 times to refund my money. I have reported Boat Club Road Animal Hospital to The *********** of Veterinary Medical Examiners. I have emailed BCRAH to the attention of ***************************** and ********** manager. No response fromBCRAH.Business response

This complaint was addressed when our practice manager returned from vacation today. A refund was provided to the client. Please let me know if you need any further information regarding this. Also can you update my name in the system, it is Des WhittallCustomer response
