******************* at Lonestar Turf agrees to sell me and deliver a 15x15 cut of turf in May 2022. Tells me he needs the money up front to pay his distributor to deliver the product. I zelle him $460.71 to which we agree on a date for delivery of product. The agreed upon date comes and goes and no response from business. Contact his distributor who informs me he has many outstanding balances, but nothing for my order. ******************* and I go back and forth for months, he keeps telling me he will refund me when he has the money, despite that he took my money and didnt even pay his distributor. Come to find out he has debts all over town and he used my money to help pay them off. He changes the name of the company to get rid of my bad Yelp review to Synthetic Grass Solutions. I track down that Yelp page and leave another review and he responds immediately that he is going to pay me back. I agreed to even the possibility of paying in increments. He tells me he has a job coming up and he can pay me then. The date of the job comes and goes and now he is not responding to any of my texts or calls.Initial Complaint

May 19, 2022 agreed on price for turf installation, promised a 1 day turnaround starting on May 24. No show, broken promises, lies. June 3 ,job was done but incomplete. Promised to come back and complete. Now ******************* and partner ***** will not return my calls, text or emails. There is a two year warranty but I cant get a hold of Lonestar Turf. They use the name Lonestar Turf and Lonestar Synthetic Turf. There is another Lonestar Synthetic Turf in ****** which is another company not related to *******************. He uses an email of lonestarsyntheticturf.gmail. Company and personal cell phone is ************. His Tax # is the same?? Paid $3,100 for incomplete job.Initial Complaint

I hired LoneStar Turf in May to install artificial grass, and we signed a legal document that required me to pay $1600 upfront. They were due to complete the project on May 25th, but never showed up.Initially, he kept telling me they would be there the next day. After several times of hearing the same line, they quit communicating all together. I have since learned this company has taken deposits from other customers over the last several months and never returned to do the work. I have reached out to get my deposit returned, but they will not oblige.
