      On December 13, 2022, purchased a set of front and rear rotors, and front and rear brake pads. Total purchase price is just shy of $1,500. The first of January received the rear brake pads ONLY! I tried multiple times to contact the merchant. They responded once that there was no ETA on when the rest of the order would be available. I responded that when I made the purchase from their website it clearly stated the items were available. Why sell a product that isn't available?! The merchant stopped responding so I disputed the purchase with my bank. The merchant responded to the bank with the tracking number from the rear brake pads that were mailed, and because "proof" of tracking to my home address was provided my bank dropped the claim. Corvette Mods was purchased, or merged, or taken over by ********************* in January. Which makes me more concerned I will never see the money nor product. Next step is to contact a lawyer or steps to try and file a small claim in court. Not really small when you are talking $1,500. Attached is the last email correspondence from January 5th when the company CLEARLY stated the items were back ordered - NOT SHIPPED!!!

      I purchased a hood for a **** Corvette on September 10, 2021.from Corvette Mods. I received the hood six months later (2/11/22), but it was damaged. The hood was sent back, and the hood was received by the manufacturer. I was then asked if I wanted a new hood or a refund, I chose the refund, but never received it. Six months later I, called and they said that the hood was discontinued and they would send me a refund. I waited in additional six months and asked about the refund. I was told that it would be coming in 4 to 6 days. After another three months, I called and they said that they would be checking it out. Three months later, they called and said that there would not be a refund because Corvette Mods was purchased by Top-Flight Automotive, but they would give me $100 off on my next purchase. As you can see from the timeline, I have been reaching out continually for a resolution. I am surprised that the new owners are not taking full responsibility for the debts of the company they purchased. The Corvette Mods original order number was AB-******. The cost of the hood was over $1200. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in getting me my refund.

      I made a purchase from corvetteMods back in March 14 2022 an received my items until April 4 or 6 almost a month later an its understandable because it was special order. Well when I received my items they looked perfectly fine so I when ahead an installed all my items in my new corvette. As time when by towards the end of November I noticed that my items were loosing color an were bubbling up a peeling all my parts have the same problem so I thought these parts came out defected. So around December 3 I reached out to corvetteMods which by then they where transferring an becoming top flight automotive at the the beginning it was very hard to get a hold of someone because all they will tell me its to contact them through email which I did an I have the emails but I still havent had no resolution to my issue. In January 2023 I finally was able to get in contact of ****** which they told me she was taking care of all corvetteMods orders. I explain to her my situation an let her know about all my defected parts she said she will look into it an help me resolve my issue. I sent her pictures of all my parts pointing out the defected areas. I told her I will like my parts to be replaced didnt want the money back I just want it some good quality parts thats all. After her trying to resolve my issue she came back to me that there was nothing she could do on her end because parts where order a year ago. When clearly it hasnt been a year. All she want it to offer me is a $100 gift card for my future purchase. That was like a slap in the face when she told me that knowing that my order was $4300 dollars. I have all emails if you will like me to send them over. Like I said in the beginning of my complaint all I want is my parts to be replaced for new quality parts thats all. Thank you

      I purchased a carbon fiber spoiler, front splitter, Mirror covers, and door vent replacements from Corvette Mods for *******. The mirrors were only mailed to me and the other 3 items did not come. They marked my order as delivered. I cannot reach anyone from the company. They are scamming people. I heard about them doing this after I ordered but it was already too late.

      Yes I ordered some parts from corvette mods and only received half the order yet they are saying I received the whole order I feel like Ive been scammed!! I would lll Ime help resolving this issue. My Order#****** with corvette mods and I am Still missing distributor parts for my **** corvette I paid a lot Of money for these parts and they are ignoring me!

      On July 18th I ordered a cap and rotor from their website for my **** vette. The catalog indicated it would fit my year. Once it was received it did not. I got a return authorization and sent the parts back as instructed. I have not received my credit, they do not answer my emails or my calls. In addition they want to charge me shipping in both directions. This is not my fault since the product is not as described. I paid ***** plus 17 dollars to ship it back. The order number is AA-******

      I purchased a new Targa top for 90 corvette received 0n 10/21/2020 paid approx. $1200 It has developed a material defect and cracked **************** cannot be reached by phone, and no response to emails for a second week Sales said they only process new orders and can't help, $1400 for a new one with shipping They need to replace ASAP, otherwise it's going to do damage to the interior Please call ************ Thanks for your assistance

      I placed an order online on their website and received a shipment with a portion of the product ordered. Received one item I didnt even order. My credit card was billed for the entire order. A few days later I received an email showing all the product listed, with all the items showed as shipped. Their website and paperwork show several different email addresses, but some do not work. When I contacted them about not receiving all the product and wanted to know when and how this would be taken care of, I received no response. When I told them I would contact my credit card company and dispute the charges for product not received, I got an email stating they would have me charged with cyber fraud. I still have not received any response on what their course of action will be on the missing product.

      I ordered a set of door hinges for my C5 Vette and was having a reputable Body and paint company install them. When he put first top one on it ended up being the wrong hinge and it scratched up some paint on door. Out of all 4 hinges only one was the correct hinge and they ended up getting rebuild kits and repaired my originals. Long story short I have been trying to return the hinges for a full refund on 3 and the corvette mods claim the hinges I sent pics of are not theirs and they are not refunding my $400

      On march 16th I placed an order for a replacement corvette clutch . Immediately after the order was placed I became concerned because it never even gave me a estimated time for shipping. After reaching out multiple times to the company through phone number and never getting a response I emailed and got a vague response back that my estimated shipping time would be around May 27th . So on may 29th j check into see if my order has shipped yet by way of email . I get back a very vague email saying they the item was delivered on the 25th . It was not delivered ! I have repeatedly call the telephone number the only person that I can get to answer the phone is a salesman who can only help me place another order they cannot give me a tracking number as to they do not see one. Yeah this very vague email tells me that my order was delivered but also does not give me any type of tracking number. I have called several times and cant get a response . So after spending $586 and waiting over two months Im still out of an order and they tell me theres nothing they can do in the orders department so for me to just keep calling the number and leaving messages with the service desk !
