I called texas star mobile mechanic to do a diagnostic ($85) on my car (4/28/22). He does the diagnostic and tells me what needs to be fixed. I buy the parts for the vehicle to be fixed. He finally decides to do the repairs after days of giving me the run-around on the repairs. He said it would be $225 in total for labor. Once he fixed the car. He refunds me $65 for the labor for the accelerator pedal because the car still wasnt drivable after he said it would be once those repairs were done (05/01/22). He proceeds to tell me its something else and comes back to finish fixing the car. After he comes (05/02/22), he leaves without telling me hes done and I reached out to him via text, and he says hes done all he can do. My car is in worse shape than previously. I towed my car to a shop (******************************************) and they informed me that previous mechanic did a faulty job because the things I got replaced NOW have to get replaced again. New things are wrong with my car that werent initially wrong because of the poor job that the mobile mechanic did. I called for a full refund but Texas Star Mobile (*******, **) refused me. Now I have to pay upwards $1000+ for repairs that I didnt anticipate because of the faulty job. The mechanic did not have the proper knowledge to work on my car but did anyway and now my car is worse than before.
