I placed a order for some tail lights on July 14 I received the tail lights on July 22 at 2:14 pm I went to in stall the lights and they do not fit vehicle properly I contacted the company at 4:02 pm on July ***************************************************************************************************************************** to call the manufacturer witch is something that I feel I should do in a email they said they sent the manufacture the information I dont understand way I have to go through all of this to return something that they sold me and dont workBusiness response

We have return refund policies and procedures for troubleshooting and customer installation items. This customer was having installation issues with the AlphaRex tail lights that they ordered. We passed along the contact info to the manufacturer as this is always the most efficient and BEST route for taking care of a customer as soon as possible and in the best way possible. This customer said they tried to call them one time and there was no answer. May have been outside of normal business operating hours when the customer tried calling.
When we were made aware of this we asked for photos/video to show the issue to pass along to AlphaRex the manufacturer so we could try to once again help the customer get this resolved, but the customer would not and will not provide any of this.
AlphaRex gave us an RMA number but we are waiting to hear back to see what else is needed for him to return this.Customer response

Purchased AlphaRex ***** **** Super Duty/Excursion PRO-Series Halogen Projector Headlights Black online direct through the companys website 6/28/24. There have been no communications from the company since. Reaching out today to ask an update on the order status, I was told there is no update on the order status, one cannot be provided and will only be provided when it is available.Is the institution selling the product, how do you not know the status of the order?Customer response

I ordered a TRD Pro Front grille for my 4 Runner with the letters that came with it. Upon trying to install the letters on the bumper the holes that were designated for them were not aligned accordingly. My order # is 5444 and the ***** tracking is ************. For the amount that I paid and time I spent to put the bumper on only to realize that the letters (my priority) wouldnt even fit is ridiculous.Business response

This was a mistake on our end and we have offered to resend the proper lettering to the customer and we have not heard back from them yet. We apologize for the inconvenience but we do have the solution to take care of this mistake. Company sent me a defective product. I had to install them in order to find this out. When I contacted them, they said I would need to pay for shipping and restock fee to return the item which is half of what I paid for the defective product. These are $1500 headlights and I am just an average civilian trying to work with a high revenue corporation. I've been emailing them for a response as they don't have a phone number and do not have an address listed on their website but haven't received any further response. The item I want to return is brand new still in the box as I didn't end up using it due to defects. I'm so put off by the company ghosting me, I don't want a replacement and would just like my money back.Business response
