            I have not been to this place before called to schedule an appointment they do not tell you verbally when taking your card if you miss a first scheduled appointment you will be charged a $25.00 no show fee and no warning just rudely charge your card. I spoke with the attendendant verbally the same day to inform and emergency came up and I was no where near ********** and she did not say your card will be charged no warning. I'm already struggling and now I have an overdraft fee as well. I need my refund and my card removed off their database. Thank you

            In November my husband gave me a gift certificate to this spa for a massage, as I had a great experience there in the past with a therapist who is no longer with them. When I called to make an appointment, I was informed that their only remaining therapist had left unexpectedly just before the holidays...which didn't give me confidence in the management's ability to find a replacement with exceptional qualifications. I asked for a refund so that I could use that gift for what I intended, but was told that obviously the certificate was purchased for more than a massage and that it was not refundable. I disputed the charge, but the merchant would still not agree to the refund. When I went to use the gift certificate for skincare products, I was told that I had received a refund and they could no longer do business with me. I showed the manager the letter from my credit card and she said she would confirm with the owner and get back with me on whether I could get the products and be finished with the transaction. The customer service I received was condescending and unconcerned with my needs/satisfaction. I would highly recommend trying Milk and Honey Spa instead.

            Customers husband purchased an egift card online for $500, which dont expire and can be used for any of our services or products. Customer wanted to make a massage appointment for the following week (in December), and we explained that we did not have a massage therapist at that time, would have someone in very soon and would call her as soon as we could get her in. A few days later we called and let Customer know we would be able to accommodate her. At that time she did NOT want to schedule and said she will be disputing the charge. Things went downhill from there and we are sorry we were not able to resolve this.

            I went to European Skincare Institute on Wednesday March 29th to use the gift certificate towards skincare products. The manager said she would contact me after speaking with the owner to confirm that I was charged for the certificate. I emailed her the letter from the credit card company stating I had been charged after showing it to her in the store. It has been over a week without a follow up email or call. The store has $500 of our credit that they are not allowing me to use. How sorry is she about this lack of response?
