I actually tried twice to contact the owner to find a resolution without hearing back. I came in to ***** with a specific request. She had previously told me to get this look i would need to go lighter. On my last visit i agreed to go lighter to get the desired look snd showed her pictures. My mother was there too. I thought ***** and I were on the same page but after we were done my hair looked nothing like we agreed. I washed it once and it was back to looking red, just the way it looked before i came into my appt. I reached out to her to give her the opportunity to fix it, she toned it and again after the 1st wash it is back to red. She never lifted my hair lighter as it ahould have been to get the desired look, she just added some highlights which are not nearly light enough. Even my mother told me i thought you wanted a mushroom/ashy color and that is not what i got. Since i cannot get ahold of the owner to find a resolution( i would have been willing to come back and have her look at it and see what can be done!) Id like a refund so i can go elsewhere to have it corrected. Ive had issues with it turning brassy/red everytime ive come in, and ***** does not seem to be able to figure out why unfortunately. I spend a lot on this visit to not be happy.
