We had an appt at 4:45 with my autistic daughters stylist who cancelled the appt stating I was late. The appt was at 4:45 and she contacted me at 4:30 stating I was late. She kept the required deposit of $50.00 that was paid to her. This caused my autistic daughter to have a tremendous meltdown. I want others to know this place takes advantage of single moms and want a full refund of my deposit for her cancellation and complete lack of respect for anyone involved.Business response

Client originally had appointment with stylist and sent her daughter in her place without any communication. This put stylist in a back up situation the rest of her day due to the difference in services. Then when client was to come for the next appointment her booking time was messed up due to communication again and the stylist only takes her last coloring services at 4 pm due to her commute.
The client did receive her refund but did not receive the messages from stylist due to client blocking the stylist phone numberCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: The daughters services were less than originally scheduled and would no have caused a back up in her day. It actually saved her time due to it being an all over color vs a root touchup and highlight which was the original appt type. I will confirm I received the refund on the deposit for services. I am however I am upset over her waiting until I was ********** away from my appt time and would not have been late. Not to mention her upsetting my AUTISTIC daughter.
