I was charged through my PayPal account by this business for some type of braids that were shipped to a state I do not live in. I have reported the issue to PayPal as well, but this business when presented the facts by ****** refuses to issue a refund. I have never had such an experience trying to prove that I am who I am and live where my legal Id says I do. The company and PayPal make you feel like giving up on getting money back for something you didnt order or receive but not me! Ive submitted my state issued Id as proof of my address and this item was shipped to a state on the opposite side of the US.Business response

It seems that the address provided on your paypal account is "confirmed" and has a checkmark next to the address to certify that status.
Through paypal's definition, "Confirmed Address - A Confirmed Address has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder.
By shipping to a Confirmed Address, you are helping to ensure that the item is being shipped to the PayPal account holder."We have attached a screenshot with your address being marked as "confirmed".
We have shipped the goods to the confirmed address, and in order to issue a refund, we would need the package returned to us.

The business gave confirmation email. After several business days never sent the confirmation email of some type of tracking. Thenn replied, where is the package or slip of ordering it.Business response
