This letter is in pursuing 15 U.S. Code ****c (c) Ceasing communication I am the consumer mentioned in 15 U.S. code ****a(3) you are (collection company) the debt collector 15 U.S. Code ****a (5) I am invoking specified remedies under use 15 U.S. Code ****c (c) (1)1. I am the executor under the 15 U.S. Code ****c (d) pursuing to 15 U.S. Code ****d A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt.

            this company charges FULL CHARGES BALANCE BILLING, my bcbs ppo plan has been requesting medical record and gettng no response, i have called multiple times and get rerouted to hospital , this if for emergigroup physicans group doing this, on 8/19/21 i was admitted for 5 days with covid and pheumonia with 105 temp getting there ,clearing emergency and Not billed as an emergency so their balance billing per my bcbs is informing me, my husband was in on same day and day he has bcbs ppo also was billed emergency visit (unlike mine) and NO balance billing, ive tried their 800# and disconnects each time after 10 -20 min wait time, Can't get them to rebill this correctly to my insurance, it is the ONLY **** for the entire 5 days billed this way, the **** is $ ******* / allowed rate in network is $ ****** , they are balance billing the me the rest at $ ******* is BEYOND riddiculious when nothing was done on their end i was Direct admitted thru from my doctor ***** even sit in e.r .waiting room ! Can;t get records or billing corrected. ! Very ************** to do this to people.
