              Company is a complete scam. They have ruined my credit because they cant get the information correct and do their job correctly. I recommend everyone to hire a attorney as I have and document everything. I have insurance and have always had insurance and these con artists just are so money hungry. Attention everyone seek a attorney and if you cant afford one ****** ********************* he does payment plans.

              We keep getting mail for a family member who hasn't lived with us since Oct. 2021. My spouse has constantly told his daughter to change her address w/Texas Physician Resources, LLP. However, she refuses because these are bills. I have called billing three times, explained that she doesn't have permission to use our address, and wanted to give them her correct address. They told me that I wasn't on her list & didn't have permission to change her address. I've returned two mailings and made them aware that I'll make the necessary complaints if her mail continues to come to our address. Something should be done when a patient hasn't lived at a specific address in over a year. The billing department should go by the address on a person's driver's license. Our address is definitely not on her driver's license, because she has her correct address on it.
