I made a purchase to sign up for the IV course at Texas School of phlebotomy in november. I purchased and signed up for the course online. I never received an email to of the information to access the online portion of the course. When attempted to resolve the employee said I was past the start time of the course and would no longer be able to attend it. I informed her that I never received the information to attend the online portion of the course. I requested a refund due to this. The employee agreed that I would get a refund. She informed me that it may take ***** days for the refund to occur. It is past the 60 day **** and I have still not received my refund. This is theft and they need to return my money soon.Business response

Our records indicate that ************** did attend the online recorded participation lecture on 11/8/2021 at 8 am. However, he did not show up to the required IV hand-on-lab portion of the workshop. Due to being a no-show to the lab, he was dropped from the program. ************** was issued a refund check based on state calculation, and our records show he signed and picked up the refund check from the post office.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I did not attend the online portion. I was not given access to it. When I got in contact with an employee in order to give me access they said it was too late for me to attend the online material. So I require a full refund of my $300.

I am rejecting this response because: I did not get a FULL refund of my $300. I only received a check for half the amount. The check was not cashed due to the amount being incorrect.
