      I made a down payment to Rc auto sales 6/3/23 for the amount of **** for a 2016 charger. I test drove the car it was fine, 30 mins into pulling off the lot headed home several lights came on, check engine light, tire pressure light, windshield fluid light and inside plugs were not working and ac unit wasnt blowing. I dropped the car off the following Monday 6/5/23 and left it for 3 day. When I got the car back the lights where still on I informed the carlot the said I can bring back the following day they were getting ready to close so again I dropped the car off once more again nothing was fixed. This last week 6/24/23 the car was running hot and same lights where on the car and it had to be towed to the car lot and it hasnt been 30 days y Ive had this car and I have dropped the car off EVERY SINGLE WEEK FOR 3 DAYS AT A TIME and It not get fix and the only way I can get another car is if I put down ****. I would like my money back because they have had multiple times to fix my car and Im missing out on work but paying a car not to them.

      To Whom it May ****************************************************************************** We (RC AUTO SALES) are writing this letter in response to a complaint made by *********************** on June 6th,2023. *********************** has been a customer of ********************** since **/03/23, and is currently financing a 2016 Dodge Charger, *****************, through us. I can confirm from her complaint that the vehicle was brought in twice for some mechanical services, and we did tell her what will and will not be covered based on our in-house financing terms. These terms were also covered on the date of sale, to which the customer signed in acknowledgment to these terms.
                  After the vehicle was fixed and the customer was given the vehicle back, we no longer heard any complaints or any form of displeasure from the customer. *********************** has been making periodic payments since she came for repairs, which the last date of repairs was 6/24/23 and the most recent payment made was on 07/07/23. So, considering that she made 2 payments; one on 06/24/2023 (same date as she brought the vehicle in for repairs) and another on 7/07/2023, we had the conclusion that everything was okay. Now that we have this complaint, it has left us confused by the continued displeasure with the vehicle. We can certainly speak with the customer regarding any continued issues or displeasures if the customer would like to communicate with us and we can find a common ground for any continued issues.

      I am rejecting this response because: the situation has not been resolved. Is it right for a customer to be reasonable for an un-drive able vehicle. I have not enjoyed my car for a week straight since I put down a down payment of **** plus 135 for insurance for a total of **** not to mention I had to make car payments even if I didnt have the car to drive cause it was sitting on a car lot for 4 days cause if I didnt I would lose my car and my complete down payment. I would like to get my down payment back because the same issues Im getting charged for is not fixed and again I have not enjoyed my car for 6 consecutive days straight and Im getting the run a round about what is fixed and what isnt yet the same check engine light is on and the tire pressure light is on. The car is a lemon and I would like to resolve this with a refund before taking to small claims court cause I no longer wish to do business this this company and I have expressed this several times after not being able to drive me car for only 2 days before its back sitting on their lot to get looked at. I have attached video and pictures of the car issue. If a refund isnt issued then the next step will be small claims court.
