We hired ****** March 2024 to build a custom bathroom cabinet for us. While the cabinet itself met our expectations, the job was not completed, and the overall experience has been a complete headache. Communication was subpar, scheduling was frustrating with constant no-shows on her end, and the cabinet installation took much longer than promised, keeping her in our home until nearly midnight despite her prior visit to assess the space. To make amends for her errors, she offered to paint our 4 existing cabinet doors for free and assured us she would return them within a week. Giving her the benefit of the doubt thinking this cant be the way she normally operates, we allowed her to take them. However, it has now been three months and she still hasn't returned them. Once again, multiple failed promised appointments to bring them and not showing up with no explanation. After a week and a half of ignoring our messages, she finally responded, blaming the heat for not delivering the doors but stated the work is done, she just had to return them. She has now told us a total of 7 different times (and still counting) that she is bringing them and has never shown up. Now, 2wks ago, after I told her we were not going back and forth with her any longer and to just bring our cabinets, she texts back apologizing and says she is painting us completely new cabinet doors to match the custom cabinet she built us because its the least she can do. WE DID NOT ASK FOR THIS, the only thing we have asked for is for her to bring our original cabinets back!! At which she STILL has not brought them. We have been beyond patient with this situation and have given her more than enough time to TRULY make things right by simply bring back our cabinet doors but the lack of accountability, unreliability, extremely poor communication, and most importantly refusing to bring our cabinets back has led us to involve legal services to resolve the situation and get our property back.

**BE AWARE...I was scammed out of a $592 deposit. She never showed up, but she did communicate several excuses why she was unable to show up to do the project 3 days in a row. She apologized and stated that she would refund my deposit as she did not even start the project nor do I believe she intended to. It's been 3 weeks going back and forth of her stating she will refund the money and I have yet to receive it. She does communicate via text only, not through this site. If you choose to go with her just know that she is not reliable or trustworthy and will take your money without doing any work. Luckily I have receipts and texts. I can't speak for her work because she never showed up to the dates and times she scheduled, but I can say that if you want to be taken advantage of, waste time and money, then she is definitely one to hire.

**** and her team did an excellent job on my home! She was always on time and did a great job communicating everything with me. She took my kitchen and completely turned it around or elevated it as she would say. I will continue to recommend her to friends and family. 10/10

The keys to elevation came into our home with full expectations on what her and her team can do and she did over and beyond that we highly recommend the keys to elevation thank you again we will deff be calling you again for another project

This business HAS NOT sent out my order. 8 months Waiting!!! Paid in FULL VERY DISAPPOINTING. I have sent many emails n also have messages sayin IT IS GOING OUT OR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED ??
