One star is an overrating for them.They will not COMMUNICATE (phone calls, emails) and are so unprofessional in every way. Davis & Jones LLC has received payments from JBN **** for CN JRAYN LLC and is denying this fact.Payment check was sent from ************* on Nov. 22 2022, Invoice# 6R28589 Payment Ref.#*******, an amount of $4350.00.Pay out this money to CN JRYAN LLC Warning to Trucking Companies DO NOT DEAL WITH **** RECOVERY RESOURCES OR DAVIS & JONES LLC.They are Scam!!

The state should take away their business license My Experience with ********************** *** In early July I notified the ***** owners in writing that their loan with Sir ***** *********** was in default and the contract terms (Item 8 collateral) clearly states that:1-The unpaid balance of $29,244.12 was now due in full.2-Unless the balance of the loan was paid in full, all ***** equipment and other assets will be transferred to Sir ***** Investments.Before I signed a contract with Debt Recovery Resources ***, their representative *****************************, assured me they had the legal and other resources to obtain and sell the Venue equipment. In fact, after looking at the ***** website, he said based on his experience selling gym equipment he was sure the ***** equipment was worth more than ****** dollars.Debt Recovery Resources *** actions on My behalf the last six months 1-No effort to obtain and sell the ***** equipment 2-Harrassed the ***** owners and collected about $4600 3-Refused to give me any money even though the contract says I get 80%4-Notified me in November that the best they could do was settle the loan for an additional $*****. When asked how that could be, they said The ***** owners had used the gym equipment as collateral on another loan and also, ***** had filed for bankruptcy.I subsequently, determined that Debt Resources lied about both the other loan and the bankruptcy. At this point, it was clear I needed to terminate their services and try to at least get the ***** myself since they were refusing to give me any of the ***** they collected. My notification to terminate my association with Debt Recovery Resources *** is attached.Their most recent Debt recovery Resources *** action is trying to get me to pay ***** to settle our contract.

Be aware when using this company. AS to the other reviews below, ***** brought my wife a check for ****** to endorse since it was made to both of our businesses July 27. We still have not received our portion of the money from this company yet. *********************** was our collection agent.

Davis & Jones LLC is apparently the same company as Debt Recovery Resources. I hired DRR to collect a debt in December 2020. ********************* of Davis & Jones LLC received a wire transfer from the debtor, paying their past due invoice in full. I have still not received payment less their 20% fee.Originally I was told by ***************************** that the check would be sent out September 15, but as of October 20, 2021 no such payment has been received. I will withhold any further comment in the hopes that this is a legitimate delay.
