***** 1: April 23, 2021 Custom Point Construction was given $6000.00 for replacing siding including all trim and soffits with cement board bid at $8700.00. We had some delays due to the leveling contractor however they did finish June 25, 2021. ***** 2: June 17, 2021 Custom Point Construction received a check for inside work for $9443.00 and work could be executed on the inside till weather clears for the ***** 1. Thus far, the French Door has been installed incorrectly, some drywall removed, door opening into the 2nd bedroom cut out, and looks to be some plumbing in the master and 2nd bathroom. A clarification email was sent regarding ***** 2 work we agreed to verbally to which no response was received from Custom Point. Second bid:. Four new hurricane windows in the front of house and one front door (Custom Point to provide). install two new windows purchased by owner in bathroom and kitchen . install French door (complete). move window in second bedroom to the south to accommodate bunk beds . move kitchen cabinets . install drop ladder . install the window from Master bedroom into the living room where previously installed from LR to Porch . move hot-water tank to sun porch . turn former laundry room back into sun porch with screening by installing new supports from ground to roof. This did not include the ground floor . tear out and remodel master bath and install 3/4 bath if possible. This did not include fixtures, flooring or tile.. install master closet off master bath. Any hardwood flooring removed to be salvaged for repairs of LR floor . acquire permit for electrical box change out. . install bedroom and closet doors and one pocket door to 3/4 bath (provided by owner)Business response
