      I recently had an unfortunate experience with Saladmaster. After making a purchase, I realized that I needed a refund just 14 days later. However, the company informed me that their refund policy only allows for a 3-day window after the purchase. This was especially frustrating because I hadnt even received the products yet.Moreover, I found that the products did not meet my expectations and did not work properly. The sales tactics used were extremely high-pressure and made me feel uncomfortable. I want to warn others: please think twice before buying from Saladmaster. Based on my experience, I would advise against purchasing their products.

      I would prefer to give ZERO stars as this company and namely ********************************* Canal of the Saladmaster NW Military location is COMPLETE TRASH!!! I fell for his nonrefundable layaway plan and was left out of $500. ******** texted saying they would be processing a $500 credit back to my card which changed quickly. This is because his affiliate ********************************, (SP) found a way of promoting their products while on the clock as a Truancy Officer by donning his "chef shirt" under the guise of cooking for the department and handing out his business cards because while during and after "cooking" he stresses the pots are what makes the food taste so good. Like I said, TOTAL TRASH!!!

      The company does business with not really honest sellers, the seller company was The royal Apron in ******* ******. The seller was pleasant until I want to cancel my purchase. Extremely expensive for the quality of the product. financing with ************ is with extremely high rates, but they don't tell you about it! investigate and do not give out your bank details. Walk away, pyramid selling

      We purchased a set of Saladmaster cookware in the mid-****s and have enjoyed it ever since. We even sent a piece in for warranty, because the handle had broke off, and Saladmaster replaced it with no problem. But, we sent 2 items to Saladmaster and warranty repair or service was refused.A little over a month ago I called Saladmaster and told customer service we had a handle broke off a 11 skillet and a 11 griddle. They told me they would send me an email on how to return them for repair or replacement. I received the email and boxed the pieces and shipped them.Three weeks went by and I received a call from Saladmaster. The person said the pieces were not repairable and not covered under warranty. However, they could offer me a replacement at a discounted price. The price for the 11 skillet was $473 without a lid and $558 with a lid. The 11 griddle would be $366.Saladmasters warranty when we purchased our cookware we were told it was backed by a lifetime warranty and it still states it on their web site https://saladmaster.com/en-us/ourproducts/limitedlifetimewarranty.Saladmaster also states in the EXCLUSIONS part of the warranty that it does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, commercial use, tampering, alterations, ordinary wear and tear, damage in transit due to excessively high heat, or product flaking, stained, discolored, marked, scratched, warped, or pitted indicates use other than that recommended by the manufacturer, will not affect the performance of the product and is not covered by this warranty.The pieces we returned had only been used in daily use and have not been abused in any way. Additionally, how can they not repair or replace the pieces we sent in this time, when in the past when we sent in another piece and it was replaced.So, if they are not going to repair or replace these pieces under warranty like they did in the past. I refuse to give Salasmaster any money to replace the pieces. Plus I demand Saladmaster to refund the money I paid them for the pieces since I will not have them for use in the future.

      I talked to a **************** Manager and she was more than willing to replace the skillet and griddle. I am supposed to have the skillet within a week but the griddle is out of stock and they would ship it when they receive it. I will [post more when I receive them.
