My implants were almost 30k for the top only. First surgeon shaved off too much bone so 4th implant didn't take. Second surgery they didn't even clean my mouth before beginning and I was told I would be done before I would wake so there wasn't need to be put to sleep. I requested to be put to sleep and when I awoke I was still being worked on. I was in so much pain I had to request yhe after treatment care and pain meds because I wasn't sent home with them or a prescription for them. I have no clue what went wrong but now one of my ***** implants is exposed. Yesterday while eating a mint at church I felt something awkward in my bite. I then proceeded to eat a slice of deli meat and the right side back prosthetics broke. Now Monday, I have a interview for a new job yhat requires me to be all smiles so I begin calling early morning even emergency hotline that says they can't leave them a message. Another call certer person emails the cooroperative and I still don't hear from them. Finally I get in contact at 11:30 and am told they have no doctor to help me and they aren't sure when they will. I am literally in tears. All the money spent and pain I went through with no clue when someone will get back in touch with me. I now want my teeth properally fixed and every cent of my money back. I did see that an attorney is taking customer complaints so as a courtesy I am contacting the business first to see if they are willing to resolve to my satisfaction or I will have to inlist the help of lawyers.

The patient missed her appointment for her 10 day follow up appointment on 10/3/22 which was to follow up on her previous surgery for placement of implant. Patient called on 10/17/22 wanting an appointment that same day for the appointment she missed on 10/3/22. We explained to her our office was closed due to our doctor out and patient was not available to come in on the dates we were offering her. She got upset and hung up. This is the first time we are hearing about a broken prosthesis. We did reach out the patient and she is here today and we are addressing her clinical concerns.

I went to clear choice dental because I was having health issues with my teeth. He told me 7 to 9 months I would be done. After a year and a half, I am still in pain, I have no chewing ability I choke I have sores in my mouth Are usually have a swollen lip from biting it. The doctor keeps telling me services have been rendered. He was rude and unprofessional and I don't want to go back to him. All he did was put in eight posts. The three sets of teeth he made me are all bad. Every time I went there I complained about pain and discomfort and all the other issues. They were always the same, no matter what teeth he put in my mouth. This was $50,000 to improve my health, I made it very clear to them in the beginning I deal with PTSD and I get very nervous and triggered by certain things. I am all triggered when I even think about going there. I need help getting my money back so I can see a dentist that can fix my problem and fix my health which is failing after a year and a half of being with him. Please can someone help

I went to clear choice on June 28 2022 I loved the thought of getting implants but they said I couldn't get them because of lack of bone but they could do snap on for *****. I told them I couldn't afford it. They said we can fix that and applied for financing though this co. Security first bank. Payments of 279 a month i just cant pay that i have called them many times to cancel the work and get voice mail and leave messages to cancel the dental work and financing. But they don't reply back. I feel being a senior I was taking advantage of. They have their ***** And don't care about my welfare. The price and financing payments were higher than what they said
