I had upper and lower snap on dentures made at this location and the final product was delivered to me on 2-4-2021 and came with a four year warranty. When the upper dentures were made they unfortunately had a new associate do the work and when attaching the metal brackets, she did not use spacers and this caused the dentures to become glued to the top of my mouth resulting in them having to cut the dentures from my mouth, this caused ***** and cuts to the upper part of my mouth. The fact they had to cut it out of my mouth caused big holes in the dentures and created weak spots and I have had problems with the fit and with them breaking. I have had them repaired multiple times *** asked multiple times for them to just remake the upper snap on denture. On may 9th I went in after the dentures broke again in the same spot and the new manager, ***** refused to honor the warranty, I told her I didn't have the money to replace them and wanted to see copies of the warranty, she told be to leave and I asked for my paper work before I would leave and she called the cops on me and had me trespassed. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of corporate to ask them what I should do and they have yet to inform me how to proceed. I went to another location to see about having the upper denture made and they told me the corporate office said I wasn't allowed to be seen at any of the offices. Every time I talk to ***** I try to be polite, I'll admit I was upset one time and was crying but I have never been rude or disrespectful. I honestly am at a loss on what to do.

August 17, 2022 I paid $4,498 for a treatment plan in full after my initial consultation. August 23rd I returned to have an impression made for my immediate denture and returned that afternoon to have my teeth extracted. During my follow up appointments I expressed my frustration with my denture. It was big, and bulky and made me gag and the large sharp bumps on my gums were painful. I was unable to wear my dentures at all. I was always encouraged during my appointments as I was told these were temporary dentures and my final set would not be as big and bulky and the "bone spurs" would eventually come out.our.Fast forward to my follow up appointment on January 3rd. I show up to a whole new staff except for the receptionist. I then explained my situation AGAIN. Dentures don't fit, they make me gag, and I still have the same "bone spurs" as I did in August when I had the teeth extracted. An x-ray was done and was told that they needed to go back in and perform an alveoloplasty on all 4 sections of my mouth. When I showed up for my surgery there was a machine set up. I asked what that was and was told its like a drill and that's what the doctor uses to smooth the bone. The first dentist that removed my teeth NEVER USED THAT MACHINE. I was charged $960 and paid in full back in August for this procedure that WAS NOT DONE. Because your doctor took over 3 hours to extract my teeth and it was getting close to closing time, guess he figured he would cut corners and not perform a procedure THAT I PAID FOR.During my post op appointment in February, 2 weeks after the alveoloplasty that should have been done back in August I explained my frustration AGAIN. I told the assistant that I was fed up with the temporary denture and was just going to wait for my gums to ********** for the final denture. I was then informed I do not get a final denture and the immediate denture was all I got.NEGATIVE!!!! I PAID FOR 2 SETS, WAS TOLD FROM THE BEGINNING I WOULD GET 2 SETS. MY HUSBAND THAT WENT THROUGH THIS PROCESS IN 2019 GOT 2 SETS!!!!

I started a process for two dental implants to be installed on 3 May 2022. I went through the entire recovery process after the screws were surgically installed. On 28 November 2022 I went to my appointment to take impressions for the implants and was told that the implant impressions were to be sent out to an external company to have them done and would take 10 to 15 days to have them received and installed. It has now been over 3 weeks of waiting without any information as to the delay and when are they expected to arrive. Several calls to the clinic have not been returned with an answer and emails to the contacts on their webpage have also not been answered. Bottomline: cannot get an answer as to when my implants will be ready. I paid in full for this service when it started and to date have not had any closure.
