I was ordered to have a body hair follicle test performed at this specific location and every week they took my pics and showed no grow out on my body and she also made me show her my private parts. After a month she had me submit a*** hair. Later I learned after calling there lab as well as every other lab near ********** but they all said it was not an option to collect hair from private parts because it contaminates the sample. They violated me and caused me a lot of serious problems and was violating and embarrassing.

      Dear BBB,

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by the donor regarding the hair follicle test conducted at Premier Drug DNA Testing Services, LLC.

Firstly, we understand the donor's concerns about the collection process and would like to clarify our procedures and the rationale behind them. The court order specified that we were to collect toenails or body hair for the drug test due to the donor's known practices of bleaching her head hair, cutting her fingernails, and shaving her body hair. These actions made it difficult to obtain viable samples for drug testing. Additionally, the donor did not have toenails available for collection, leaving the only option to collect hair from the pubic region.

We want to emphasize that the collection process was carried out with the utmost professionalism and care. Our technicians wore gloves and masks and ensured that the collection area was cleaned before and after each collection. It is important to note that the donor was the one who shaved the hair to provide the sample in front of our collection technician.

Regarding the concern about potential contamination, USDTL's response clarified that contamination from f**** and/or urine would not discount a positive result. If the sample was contaminated, it indicates that the donor's f**** and/or urine contained the substances being tested for, such as amphetamine and/or methamphetamine. Assuming the hair specimen was collected properly, other sources of contamination would be ruled out.

We would also like to highlight that the donor tested positive for amphetamine and/or methamphetamine on three separate tests, all of which were collected from the same area and provided by the donor. This indicates that any contamination of amphetamine and/or methamphetamine came directly from the donor.

The lab used by our facility is the same lab utilized by multiple collection facilities in **********, including those that operate within the court system. This ensures consistency and reliability in the testing process.

We also want to address the cost issue mentioned in the complaint. Each test costs $225.00, and the donor took three tests. However, the first test was paid for by the opposing party, leaving a balance of $450.00 for the remaining two tests, not $800.00 as claimed.

In conclusion, we followed the court order and adhered to strict protocols to ensure the integrity of the sample collection process. We regret any distress the donor experienced. Our facility is used by the courts in ************** because we have developed a reputation for reliability and professionalism. The courts take drug use in cases involving children very seriously, and it is unfortunate that the donor tested positive for amphetamine and/or methamphetamine on three separate occasions. Should the court order the donor to test again at our facility, we will adhere to the court order and continue to follow our rigorous standards.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      Sincerely,

Premier Drug DNA Testing Services, LLC

I am rejecting this response because: I honestly was not worried about the $ I spent at this lab as much as I was the business's practices of uncleaned facility and there unprofessional violating way of conducting samples. And when it asked me what I spent I included the gas it took me to come out to not even have in there eyes an amount to collect and was told to come back in a week every week til they took private hair. I don't care if they refund my money or not I am sure they won't I just think it's not right that they not only have a preferred attorney program where the attorneys get discounts and incentives for using there specific lab. The man ***** never collected any sample from me so how would he know what was done? I have a voice recording from my collector admitting that we swept hair off the floor and counter the first sample we submitted and the fact that the levels supposedly found in the hair drop off from such a large amountdosn ***** mg in less then 30 days after the first test then 30 days later down only 400 mgs doesn't even make sense. Body hair has a longer testing time so how could it just fall off that much? It shows obviously the hair was not all the hair collected a month prior. Further more it is impossible for me to have failed because I had no drug use nor exposure as the girl tried to tell me. And there arguement of my always cutting and coloring my hair or wearing extentions is the most ridiculous excuse ever. I am a hair stylist...I have been doing my hair for 30 years. That doesn't prove or show anything related to using drugs. This business was completely filthy with hair, used razers and papers with hair on them towering out of the bathroom trashcan not in a bin with a closed lid nor a sharp container. Labcorp was 1000 times more professional and followed procedures professionally. I would also like to add that on the 24th after my complaint ***** testified swearing in court about my visit and results and yet he wasn't even there when I gave any samples so how would he know.

      Regards,
