I buy this car 09/10/2022 had notice the break light was on when I test drive it talk with sale before I paid for car they took car to the service center to check out brake they did not doing anything to fix the problem just told me that if the light continues to come on bring it back in although I did know that it would take appointment to get the car back in tired making a appointment they told me to keep calling back because they were busy could not set appointment up to check out my brakes a month pass by they dont call and I keep calling trying to get my car in serves call CNAC office talk with they only transfer me to serves that never answer the phone a week go by after leaving voicemail message I notice oil leak from my car I call them to let them know that I need to get car in because of the brakes getting worse and now notice of a oil leaking from car the said that there was nothing available until 11/ 5 I call they had me set for the 6 check oil and added oil in my car because the leak get bigger I call them back to tell them I need to get my car in now nothing from them imI had stop driving the car because brake light stayed on and it was getting hard to stop talk with serve about the brakes they said my coverage dont cover brakes and I told him that this was a problem when I first got the car and you said that if the light was staying on to bring it back he said he will talk with CNAC to see if the put in notes I said notes you check the car before I got the car and said to bring it back you will fix it if light stays on so I made the appointment for all of these things to be look at and repaired they had my car for a full week got it back brakes still not stopping did not drive the car call serves back and they said will call me back it was they weekend so they was close had to work that Saturday and I had driven car for 3mile at a light notice motor was shaking and made a noise I call serves and they was close left mess concern drive motor blowBusiness response

In the case of *************************, Complaint Number: ********, we have investigated this matter with the full cooperation of the franchise-owned Byrider. **************** is aggrieved by the mechanical difficulties she is experiencing with the vehicle.
************************* purchased a 2013 Chrysler 200 on September 7, 2022 from the franchise-owned Byrider location in *************. The vehicle is covered by a 36 month/36 mile service contract, whichever occurs first.
While we understand that dealing with any service issue may be frustrating, a pre-owned vehicle, like any other mechanical device with moving parts, will require routine maintenance and periodic repairs to ensure its continued use.
Like most other businesses in the nation, have experienced both staffing and supply shortages due to the disruption in the supply chain. We work diligently to get customers into the service department as quickly as possible. Ms. ******* vehicle was in the service center in November 2022. The repairs included an oil change, timing chain, engine head gasket, head bolts, spark plugs and water pump.
Byrider strives to achieve the satisfaction of every customer. We apologize for any inconvenience the issues have caused, and we value **************** as a customer. We look forward to our continued relationship.
