Unprofessional rude and ghetto Was 30 Minutes late to appointment because she was was going to get food with her ride. She Came in laughing and when she saw I was irritated she rolled her eyes and sat down and started eating.Business response

Customer Is aware of deposit requirements! I have also spoke with the customer the day of the appointment and stopped responding due to customer being very rude and disrespectful.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:There was no where on the site to reply, at least not on my my mobile phone. So I’ll reply here. I was aware of the business charging a deposit however, after the deposit was paid the service was never rendered. The business owner stopped replying to my messages and calls BEFORE I was rude! She said she was having car troubles and even offered to pick her up. She states that she stopped replying because I was being rude and disrespectful, but only after I waited for 4 hours and driving 45 mins to be at the salon for my appointment. After I offered her a ride she never followed up with me. Only then did I become angry and rude through texts. She essentially stole my $20, because she never performed the paid for service. She had actually done this to numerous customers. I was told this by an old coworker that ended up doing my hair at a totally different location and business.
