  I reached out to ****/******** on 1/30/2023 to get information on medication assistance and due to scheduling conflicts, we did not connect. After reviewing their website, submitting a HIPPA form, there was a prompt to review their privacy policy prior to enrolling. After reviewing their privacy policy, I did not agree with it and did not sign up for services. No services were enrolled by myself, only information was requested. Today, 6/21/2023, an invoice was received for an "Admin Fee" totaling $362.25.. After contacting JustScripts, they could not tell me why I am being invoice for a service that I did not enroll in and admitted that the owner will send something called a "Welcome Kit" via email, enroll people, and send an invoice.In addition, I have received multiple text messages from ***************** (*****************?), the owner that are most unprofessional and acknowledge that she assumed I would enroll. Assumption on her part does not constitute a financial commitment on my part.

  ***************************** came to us looking for prescription assistance and we sent him the introductory email that explains our process and costs in writing and a separate invoice is also sent with the appropriate cost amount at the same time.  He did not respond but he DID fill out our Patient Registration Form.  The HIPAA CONSENT comes along with that registration form as a separate document... which when signed allows us to work on a patient's behalf with their doctors and prescription assistance companies.  A form that is required by law.

  Fast forward, our system resends invoices automatically and I texted him a reminder.  He immediately texted back that he did not agree with privacy policy. I reminded him that he reached out to us for our help but he is not obligated to pay and to disregard the invoice.  That was the extent of our conversation.  Uploaded copy of text transcript.
