The home builder Karios Homes LLC, will not answer or return phone calls. Everything has been a goose chase. #1 we found out our missing smoke screen on fireplace had been taken from our brand new home. We then found out the installer was taking everyone's smoke screen and then selling them back to home buyers as a scam side hustle reported on local springtown complaint boards. #2 we have 17 windows, out of 19 that require screens. we've only ever had 6. 11 screens have been missing since we moved into this brand new home just built. When we called about them 2 years ago, the guy said he'd arrange to bring them. That never happened. We called again months later. He would only text. he then said he'd come by a certain day and time, to which that too never happened. We ended up buying a smoke screen to solve the smoking up of the house which was so infuriating. Yes the fireplace kit we have COMES with one, we verified. In fact the kit CANT be bought or sourced without one.As for the screens? It is nothing but run arounds and games with these people who are solely responsible for WHAT WE PAID FOR and the installation of it. They're engaged in taking items to sell them back. What are they doing keeping this stuff and driving off in the first place? it's a huge business in itself and there's dozens of people complaining in our neighborhood about this related to Karios Homes LLC. almost 3 years later. We're fed up. Why were parts we paid for in home sale taken from the home? In addition there's other people on our street ****** Drive who have sued this LLC for home structural issues they never would resolve. We're not leaving this alone. Next step is lawsuit for taking paid for property from our home and allowing this kind of illegal activity. It's one thing if they'd just GIVE US THE SCREENS. to ignore and further try to distance is infuriating and fueling the next step.
