Beware of their business practices with cancelled orders and credit card charges. I ordered a vaccum on 8/5/22 with a credit card. Was confirmed, then they cancelled the order on 8/6 ("Since your ****** [sic] is high risk and we cancelled your order."). They did not cancel the charge and it went through on 8/7. Their phone support person said to contact the credit card company, which I did. I disputed the charge, but should not have had to do it.

In March 2020 I purchased two robot vacuums, the ******** Within 4 months BOTH of them were constantly throwing out error messages, usually about the filter. I jumped through their hoops, followed their ******* video on how to rectify this issue (yes, they have a ******* video for this error, which tells you how many complaints they must be receiving), and replaced the filter. They started working again, but not for long. The error kept coming back. This continued over and over again for the next year and half. I run my own business, and I am in animal rescue, I rely on these vacuums. I could not be without one, so I kept trying to fix the issue each time it happened, which was about 3-4 times per month. Then this year it started throwing up a new error message, about the roller brush. I placed a brand new one in there, along with a brand new filter. 3.5 minutes in to the cleaning cycle it tells me to replace the filter, then further into the cycle it tells me to replace the brush!! I had finally had enough and contacted Roborock, once again, only to be told that these machines were no longer under warranty, as they were over 12 months old. Note that I had been struggling with the same issue since they were 4 months old, and Roborock were aware of this, as I had the email chain proving it. I had spent almost $1000 on these machines and now they are sitting idle, completely useless. Roborock refuse to do anything, other than tell em to buy a new one at a reduced cost! They want me to spend more money on their products. I have since purchased 2 new robots, this time iRobot Roombas. Having no issues with these at all.
